What is MD5?
MD5 is the abbreviation of 'Message-Digest algorithm 5'. Its use a hashing algorithm that a one-way cryptographic function that accepts a message of any length as input and returns as output a fixed-length digest value to be used for authenticating the original message. The MD5 message-digest algorithm is a widely used hash function producing a 128-bit hash value. And finally it MD5 hash is composed of 32 hexadecimal characters.
